The Pulse-Carnegie Tribute
September 18, 2010, 4:51 am
Filed under: Dope Dj, Download Now, LOVE, Movement, Rest in Paradise

tonight was a very special edition of The Pulse-a show we all wish we didnt have to do. Not because the quality of the music is poor, it is classic material. Not because Carnegie didnt deserve it, he earned 100 shows on the pulse with the moves he MADE with Silver Medallion, but because we let go of an amazing person who touched so many here in Phoenix with his laugh and love.

Carnegie passed away September  11, 2010-had so much potential to do so many things with his partner in crime Oren J-about to embark on a national tour and had just moved to Brooklyn NY to pursue his dreams in music. Fresh 85, myself, and Rick D all put in work this week and cleaned up as much of Carnegie’s music we could-and let it be the “Carnegie Show” for 2 strong hours.

Decisions people-thats why he’s gone-someone made a poor decision to drink and drive thus leaving us with heavy hearts, and this edition of The Pulse. His journey here may be over but it is an apparent wake up call for everyone who loved him, and was blessed to call him friend.

Rest in Paradise Carnegie-

Suckas Stepped Up……….

and got MUUUUURDaaaaad……

Dj M2 will wipe the floor with ya. Trust.
